The area is far from places, good because it’s not noisy but you need transportation for anything else. The place is super clean and the staff are nice.
As long as money continues to flow into the pockets of the owners of this hotel and guests continue to pay for such a mediocre and limited experience, the facility will apparently continue to fall further into decay. The owners of this hotel have never heard the word “maintenance” in their lives and it is not that it is a cheap hotel, it is an old hotel, but there are much older hotels that are in better condition.
The good: The best part of the hotel is the staff, Mr. Fidel who was receiving people in the Italian restaurant is one of the reasons why this hotel has not gone bankrupt. The rooms are good and were apparently renovated at some point. The bad: The facilities of the establishment are in deplorable condition, the lounge chairs in the adult area have not been washed in years, the plastic of the cushions has mold. The carpet leading to the bathrooms in that area is possibly from the 70s or 80s. The lounge chairs on the beach have never been washed. A lot of trash in the gardens, the garden hallways and pool areas have never been maintained, the elevators are in terrible condition. The food, mediocre. To reserve the specialty restaurants you have to get up early every day.

El hotel esta bien, muy basico, pero alejado de restaurantes, y demas servicios
personal muy atento, cama limpia, sabanas y almohadas super limpias, toallas limpias. TV promedio.
EL area de oportunidad esta en el internet ya que es muy limitado e inestable.
agua caliente de volada en regadera y llaves.
Habíamos pedido cama queen, all llegar nos dijeron que el hotel no tienen cama queen y rehusaron darnos una king. Habíamos reservado para el niño porque había alberca pero estaba cerrada. La sala de juegos también, el billar dañado. Funcionando solamente el ping pong y jenga, con una credencial.
El carrito de equipaje no cabe en el elevador y estábamos el el tercer piso. Tuvimos muchas problemas con la chapa de la puerta del cuarto que a rechazaba la tarjeta y es otra vuelta. Nos quedamos 2 noches y después de pedir reembolso de la segunda noche para quedarnos en otro lugar, claro, nadie podía hacer nada.
Lo que sí, los de la cocina, cuando la máquina de capuchino estaba descompuesto (por supuesto) los cocineros nos hicieron una moka que seguramente estaba más rico que el de la máquina.
Para nosotros el detalle no era que salían mal las cosas, sino que (menos los de cocina) se mostraban indispuestos e incapaces de compensar por ello.
