I liked the location of the Hotel San Francisco l. It was close enough to the Plaza without all the noise. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast and will stay there again the next time I go to Toluca.

The location is great. Safe area and close to main attractions. The facilities are quite old and need maintenance. Otherwise is a good option for a night or two if you need a central place to stay for a short time.

The hotel is very clean! The staff is friendly. The rooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable. The only negative comment about this hotel is that there is not air conditioning or fan, so, it can get hot inside the room.

Nice, good location
For the price it was a 7/10. The building is run down and older but everything was very clean. They definitely clean everything well. I liked that they have smart TVs. That was a plus. We did have an issue trying to leave bags before check in. Once we talked to a manager that issue was resolved. The lobby area is nice and location is great. You can walk to the cathedral and the shops nearby. They have a good bakery in the corner.

Todo esta muy cerca, tiendas, cine, bancos, no necesitas caminar mucho y esta el cosmovitral. No me gusto que las rampas que se usan para sillas de ruedas estan muy peligrosas y cuesta mucho trabajo transitar por ellas tienen mucha pendiente

Me gustó mucho el hotel, y el detalle del desayuno muy bien, lo único q no me gustó fue q me cobraron el desayuno de un niño. Y las calles al rededor son muy oscuras.

Le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones; las habitaciones se ven viejas y poco presentables. Del servicio: solicitan las toallas "sucias" antes de las 10 de la mañana, y llaman a la puerta, sin importar si los huéspedes estén descansando.
