Three Bedrooms each with private bathroom and closets, the master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Outdoor Patio with dining furniture, parasol and professional barbeque grill with toolset. Wireless Broadband Internet accessible all throughout the villa. Safe parking inside the complex with automatic door and remote control provided.

It has an excellent and safe location very near village downtown square which is within walking distance less than a mile away. Specially close is the wonderful local artisan market which you can reach walking downhill through a picturesque alley with stairs. Soriana, a big supermarket is within walking distance too.
