"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry service at a good price. Clean facilities. I like that the washrooms were not in the sleeping area, they were just outside the door. Less noise for people in the dorm and more privacy for people using the washrooms. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Good location. "

"The kitchen is well equipped. They are attentive towards cleanliness in the general area. However during my 6 days stay, the sink in my dorm didn't work properly for 4 days. Cleaning crew used to come and clean the room and toilets. Although they never changed the sheets or pillowcase. I didnt ask them to do so either. A few racist people were here and there. They didnt bother me much. But their bodylanguage felt unwelcoming. The location is awesome. The heating was also efficient. Overall...

"The place was fine for a hostel - but that is what it was, a hostel. Web has place listed for 37 Euros and Expedia charged $138. My complaint about this has gone unanswered for a week. "

"We stayed in a two bed room by ourself. Overall, what you pay is what you get. The room was in good condition and the service was friendly. Communication could have been a bit better but for this price I would happily come back."

"Die unterkunft war leicht zu finden und sehr geräumig. Unser Zimmer war schön groß. Jedoch hatten wir keine Nachttischlampe, was bedeutete man muss vorm schlafen gehen nochmal aufstehen. Und leider auch keine oder zu kleine Jalousien und vor dem femster steht eine straßenlaterne, die einen dann nachts gerne weckt.. dazu gab es im bad keine fächer, und so mussten wir immer alles ins bad und wieder zurück schleppen. Alles kleine dinge die man verbessern könnte. Aber im großen und ganzen waren wir...
