"We stayed for 3 nights and spent much of it in the house as a typical Oregon coast early spring wind/downpour raged outside for all of a night and part of the next day, turning to intermittent showers. It is a nice house, with good separation of spaces for kids and adults. The upper space has 3 beds with good separation. Note the lamps. They are fun, and the entire place has nice furnishings and decor. The view is very good, though public utility wires intrude into the view of the ocean. ...

"This house could not be in a more beautiful setting. We were lucky that the weather for January in Oregon was mid-fifties and sunny which just added to the wonderful time we had. Richard was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is very well maintained and well appointed. We had a great time and really appreciate the property that Richard has. Thank you!"

"Thanks for allowing pets at this location. It is a great location and so close to the beach for dog walks. While there we have sideways rain and high winds and with these 4 leaks were discovered. Three in the living room and one in the kid's bedroom.We just put pans and towels under them and wasn't an issue for us. We notified company and sent someone over a few days later to look at them. We loved the place and its location. Would definately come again. "
