In addition, the accommodations equipped with a washing machine, heating, AC and Wifi.
Very quiet apartment with very few neighbors in the center of Toledo.
It's a super bright apartment and has a balcony facing our charming patio.
To acces the apartment, there are eight steps before reaching the elevator.
If you need parking, there is a 24h public parking just beside our apartment called Santo TomĆ© for 18ā‚¬/day.
We have baby crib and and high chair at client request for an extra cost.
The full amount of the deposit will be charged in case of non-compliance with the rules

Points positifs : appartement trĆØs bien situĆ©, proche de tous les lieux Ć  visiter, proche parking. Appartement bien conƧu pour vivre Ć  2 couples. Cet appartement serait proche de la perfection s'il n'avait pas les points nĆ©gatifs qui seraient faciles Ć  amĆ©liorer avec un peu d'investissement et d'entretien. Points nĆ©gatifs : odeurs de remontĆ©e d'Ć©gout trĆØs dĆ©sagrĆ©ables dans les salles d'eau(siphons manquants ou trappes de visites non Ć©tanches) Ć©quipement succins 4 verres 4 assiettes plates et 4 creuses, poĆŖle datant de l'ante Christ, cafetiĆØre minuscule, grille pain faisant sauter les plombs donc inutilisables, portes des placards brinquebalantes , rĆ©frigĆ©rateur avec une couche de givre sur la paroi postĆ©rieure de 60cm de haut et 10 cm d'Ć©paisseur, pas d'endroit dans les salles d'eau pour accrocher les serviettes A notre arrivĆ©e la porte d'entrĆ©e dans la cour Ć©tait verrouillĆ©e et il a fallu attendre que quelquā€™un sorte afin de pouvoir pĆ©nĆ©trer dans la cour et monter Ć  l'Ć©tage rĆ©cupĆ©rer la clĆ© dans le boitier et donc accueil inexistant.
