"I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room. They wasted a day, and the primary purpose, of my vacation. Then it took me a month to get my money back because they apparently ignored Travelocity's attempts to contact them. "Nice hotel in St Moritz Bad (downtown). 25 minute walk from the train station and main centre but beside the Signal Gondola. Hotel was nice and staff were friend but it was a little dated. Rooms were comfortable but got very warm at night and only way to cool down was to open windows. Stayed in four hotels in Switzerland and this one we felt was the least value for money"
