So they have money for 3 nights and I stayed 2. Unethical use of my card details. Not happy at all. Will be requesting refund from hotels.com. "

"The whole room smelled bad after smoking, even though we chose non-smoking room. The balcony doors did not insulate properly so you can hear everything from outside. The bedsheet looked terrible and blanket was missing cover. The floor was very dirty, full of hairs. Please clean the room properly for others, thank you."
