The entire property has 8-bedrooms, 10 bathrooms surrounded by 2 acres of beautiful tropical and desert garden minutes from the beach.

The main house has two queen bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, large chef style kitchen open to the living room and a 10-person dining space. The main level opens up to an outdoor living and dining room, which features a sunken gas firepit which faces the beach horizon. On rooftop you will find a shaded lounge area, family style dining table for 10, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, grill and additional seating to enjoy the beautiful sunrise above the mountains and ocean view sunsets.
The second home has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king) with on suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, open to the living, and dining space nestled by a garden view fireplace. The bonus of this space provides a private courtyard where you can enjoy the outdoors away from the common spaces. The roof deck has lounge seating and a built-in fireplace to star gaze or watch the whales.

Our geodesic domes offer the perfect blend of innovative design and luxurious comfort, ensuring a serene retreat for every guest. Constructed with a Double Thermal Insulation Layer made of premium polyester and cotton fabric with an aluminum foil lining, the domes provide superior temperature regulation, keeping you cozy in all weather conditions. The PVC-coated polyester outer fabric is 100% waterproof and fire-retardant, ensuring both safety and durability.

The sturdy frame, built from Q235 hot galvanized steel, withstands extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C and wind speeds of 80-100 km/h, giving you peace of mind during any season. With a solar-powered exhaust ventilation fan, the air within the dome remains fresh and pleasant. Designed for longevity, each dome has a lifespan of 8-10 years, making it a sustainable, eco-friendly choice for your stay.

Inside, each dome is fully equipped with a Lennox 1-ton air conditioner and a Boldr heater, providing you with complete control over your indoor climate. The cork flooring offers a soft, warm, and eco-friendly surface that also contributes to sound insulation and is hypoallergenic, enhancing your comfort and well-being.

For ultimate relaxation, rest easy on Miracle brand bedding, known for its antibacterial, temperature-regulating qualities that ensure a fresh and comfortable night's sleep. The domes also feature a fully equipped ensuite bathroom with hot water, premium toiletries, For All Folks shower, shampoo and conditioner to refresh you during your stay. In the center of these two luxurious homes is the 18' x 40' heated pool. The saltwater pool features a 6-person jacuzzi, sunken swim up bar and grill area with a fridge and sink to keep the party going. Centrally located to the pool, you will find the outdoor pool shower and outdoor bathroom tucked away behind the stone wall water feature.

Both homes feature the following amenities: daily turn down services, Sonos© throughout the property (indoor and outdoor areas), Miracle Brand© bedding and towels, Alen© True HEPA air purification units, high speed Internet, stainless steel appliances, 6 burner stove (in the main house), and modern décor designed by Restoration Hardware.

Care and Use
• Although we may provide a starter supply of toiletries and amenities (such as toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and dish-washing liquid, etc.) as a courtesy, we have no obligation to replenish those items. Additional supplies are your responsibility.
• Guest may not place wood, paper, or any other combustible materials in any gas fireplace.
• Please DO NOT PUT ANYTHING down the garbage disposal. Our water system cannot handle a massive amount of food in the pipes. This will cause the sink and dishwasher to back up.
• Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes or any other foreign material down the toilet.
• Candles are not permitted to be used on the Property (including the pool), without the express written permission of Hidden Leaf. If we provided our express written permission to use candles, they must be contained within a glass or similar vase to prevent wax leakage and damage to the Property. Use of LED candles are encouraged.
• Guest may not make any alterations to the Property or its improvements, furniture, equipment, or other furnishings.
• Guest must treat the Property with the same care as they would use with their own residence. You must maintain the Property in as good a condition as you received it, including but not limited to:
(1) keeping the Property safe and clean.
(2) not causing or permitting any unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the area surrounding the Property.
(3) disposing of all ashes, rubbish, garbage, and other waste in the provided trash receptacles.
(4) properly securing lids on trash receptacles at all times.
(5) not leaving trash on porches, decks, or any other exterior location.
(6) refrain from taking glass containers onto the exterior areas and near the pool.
(7) not destroying, defacing, damaging, or removing any part of the Property or rendering inoperable any smoke detector.
(8) putting furniture back where originally found, not removing protective covers from living room sofa or any furniture.
(9) placing garbage in the proper receptacles.
• We reserve the right to charge you for any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of your behavior. Such damages include, but are not limited to, stains from blood, alcohol, food, candy, liquid, makeup and/or other permanent products; broken, burnt or torn furniture; missing furniture; broken, burnt or damaged tiles, glass, wall paint or wood; theft or damage from guests failing to properly lock the front gate and/or their rooms, removal of covers from the sofas. In the case that such damage occurs, you will be charged an Excessive Cleaning Fee of $350 USD and/or a Property Damage Fee of $75 USD penalty plus the cost of whatever materials are required to repair the damage.
• The following celebration items are NOT permitted at the Property: bird seed, rice, confetti, confetti cannons, party string, Chinese sky lanterns, balloons, sparklers, strobe lights or fireworks. These items are a danger to the Property, our neighbors, wildlife, and other guests. If these items are used, you will be charged a fee for each illegal item.

Off-limit Areas
• Please do not attempt to open any locked cabinets or doors.
• Do not open any electrical panels under any circumstances.

Damages and Security Deposit
• We understand that accidents happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages.
• In the event of damage to the Property, or its contents exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to you.
• Guest must promptly notify us of the need for replacement of or repairs to any stove, fireplace, hot tub, smoke detector, or other appliance or fixture at Property, and any other problems with or at the Property.

Neighborhood and Noise Levels
• Our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 10PM and 8AM to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.
• Amplified music past 10PM is not permitted. Any music or other entertainment past 10PM must be acoustic and at reasonable “late evening” levels below 40 decibels. Lightshows past 10PM are not permitted.
• Guest and other occupants agree to conduct themselves throughout their stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints from police, neighbors, or neighborhood.

All agreed this is a fabulous house: the separate casita with kitchen was appreciated; views and pool were heavenly; support provided was prompt and appropriate. The dirt roads are deteriorating badly from storms and construction sites in every direction. Hope that improves.
