Beautiful Adobe Built Beach House with Great Ocean Views and Solar Heated Pool

Casa Adobe is a beautiful ocean view adobe built home with unobstructed ocean views, lots of open space, outside living, great amenities and a solar heated pool.

This large walled and gated three bedroom home features the master bedroom on the second level with an adobe chimney, walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a large outside terrace. The downstairs area has two bedrooms plus a TV room that can serve as a fourth bedroom, all connected by a hallway and a full bathroom and a powder room. A large open area encompasses the living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that leads to a large covered terrace for relaxing and comfortable outside living.

Casa Adobe is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Las Tunas, a beach neighborhood of Todos Santos, and the only area in town with underground utilities. There are beautiful ocean views from several areas of the house and it is only a five minute walk to the beach. You are seven minutes from town on a new paved road and an equal distance to La Pastora, a great surfing break and a favorite to many locals.

Being situated by the Pacific Ocean, Todos Santos has excellent sunsets all year round and Casa Adobe has several areas to enjoy them from. Bocana Las Tunas, the beach in front, is also a great and popular place to enjoy the sundown. If you want to be more adventurous, a short drive to La Pastora will provide a beautiful afternoon setting for this.

There are many activities in the area, with Todos Santos and its surrounding area rapidly becoming a destination place. Great restaurants, a vibrant and growing art scene, excellent surfing and outdoor activities all in a very relaxed and a laid back setting make this a very special place. In 2006 the town received the denomination of Pueblo Magico by the Mexican Government due to its cultural heritage. There are different festivals held through the year. Turtle releases are held from the months of November to February at the beach in front of the house, where an incubation greenhouse is located.

Private Get Away in Todos Santos
Beautiful property. The pool area and back garden is private, quiet and very relaxing. The property is located within walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The prefect place to spend a week in Todos Santos.

A Todos Santos Gem!
I've visited TS before but it was the first time for my friends and we all really enjoyed the property. The pool was nice and warm, location was pretty close to downtown (still need a car) but our favorite was how close it was to the beach and surrounding surf spots. Erik was extremely responsive and helpful with questions. Would totally stay here again.

Beautiful house for a family vacation
We really enjoyed the set up of the house, it was comfortable for our group of 7. Pool was fantastic and had a nice tree that provided shade in the afternoon which was very helpful to keep my kids from getting sunburned. The house had filtered water throughout and we were able to drink it no problem. Erik was provided suggestions for local restaurants to visit and we had several fantastic meals. We are very happy we stayed here!

Relaxing Getaway
Lovely accommodations in Todos Santos within walking distance to beach and a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Great pool warmed nicely by solar. Back porch/veranda is to die for; lazy mornings with coffee or evening with something stronger sitting in the warm breeze. Erik is very accommodating and responds quickly to communications.

We absolutely loved this house & property. The property feels big & really private - the heated pool is the perfect size & temp, the view from the upper deck is an amazing place to watch the sunset, & there are plenty of shaded areas to hang out when you need a break from the sun! The house is also spacious & beautiful, plus it’s well stocked!! You’re also a quick walk from the beach & a couple really lovely coffee shops & restaurants. Finally, the hosts were amazing - really easy to get ahold of via WhatsApp if you need anything. We can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic House with pool
We did our second annual family trip from Seattle to get some sunshine, surf and relax. The house and location are nearly perfect. We were very comfortable in the house, and especially loved hanging out on the back patio in the evenings. Also, the sunset view from the 2nd floor patio was gorgeous. We didn’t cook much but to the extent that we did, the kitchen was large and accommodating.

The best spring break escape for our family
Thank you for providing our family with an exceptional place to vacate from rainy Seattle. Our crew has a wide range of ages and the home provided comfort and entertainment for each of us. We mostly hung out on the exceptional patio by the pool. Listening to the surf in the main bedroom at night and the mourning doves in the morning were my personal favorites. We took a quick walk to the beach our last night and saw humpback whales breaching. We couldn’t have asked for a more restful and beautiful location and vacation. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful stay
The hosts were great and very responsive. The house and grounds were fabulous. The neighborhood was sometimes disruptive during the midnight to 6 am period: barking dogs, alarms going off, phones ringing. All beyond the hosts control. The property was hard to find even with directions due to poor signage. Todos Santos was a lot of fun. Nice shops and very good restaurants. We especially enjoyed la morena. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Great kitchen.

Wonderful home base for Todos Santos visit
What a wonderful home! It was spotless, well stocked, and had plenty of room for 6 adults. The grounds were gorgeous, and the pool an added plus. We enjoyed the various outdoor areas for eating, lounging, whale watching, and star gazing. It was maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the beach (beautiful, empty, but surf too strong for swimming). Erik always responded quickly to our questions, and even helped us pull off a surprise anniversary celebration despite our late arrival. Highly recommended.

Great Place!
Overall, excellent experience! The space is exactly as pictured, it's a beautiful house and the outdoor areas are wonderful as well. The pool is solar-heated and amazing. The house is well equipped with amenities as well, so there are a ton of towels, blankets, cooking supplies, etc. They have a great guide for things to do and where to go and eat. For people with small children--there is a downstairs room that gets pretty dark and is perfect for naps. The stairs made us a little nervous with a 1.5 year old running around, but with vigilance, they weren't an issue. The location is a little past town, but super easy to get around if you have a car. The area is quiet and still has stores and restaurants nearby. 10/10 would recommend and come again! Thanks for having us!

Beautiful and relaxing
My family and I had a fantastic time, the house is more beautiful in person than it is in pictures and it's already beautiful. Todos Santos is a small town and moving from one place to another was easy. Erik has everything you need in the house guide, it explains accurately where to go to the beach which was very helpful for our group since it was our first time in the area. We enjoyed the pool and just the open space of the house. We would love to go back if we have a chance.

The welcoming touches such as binoculars to view the whales from the house and pool, soft and cushiony sitting areas throughout the property, and abundance of soft towels were so appreciative. Especially loved the laundry area with the clothesline and exposure to sun. We were inspired by the blooming hibiscus and bougainvillea and roses with the butterflies flitting about. Relaxing and beautiful!

This property was very comfortable for 3 couples travelling. Easy walk to the beach and lots of space in both home and on property. The only downside to our stay, which the host would have no control over, was the noise from nearby construction. There appears to be many homes going up in the area. Erik was a very responsive host and we hope to come back!

Beautiful house, relaxing week.
The house is really comfortable, homey, stylish and fits the todos santos vibe. everything you need is there. Erik is great at communicating and answering any questions. The best area is the massive porch, many Yahtzee games were played there while enjoying the outdoors. It was super hot and humid when we were there, the bedrooms were nice and cool & all the ceiling fans helped a lot. Thanks Erik and family for a great week.

Perfect!
We were a family group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The property is absolutely beautiful - lots of outdoor space to hang out, shade trees, and a wonderful pool. The house is spacious and clean, well laid out for a larger group. It was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to town. Erik was great to communicate with and prompt if we needed help. Would definitely recommend highly!

Beautiful Property !!! Truly a Unique Comfortable Home
Erik, the primer host was excellent ! He and I were able to communicate via email as well as on What’s App answering any questions . Open floor plan Expansive Indoor & outdoor living spaces and heated pool offered our family a relaxing getaway .We traveled to attend a wedding and we were able to arrange transportation from the property to town so we didn’t need a rental car .I highly recommend this beautiful property in Todos Santos, our family will definitely return. A Baja Dream
I stayed at Erik’s home with a group of girls for a little beach get away. First off, the house is absolutely stunning. You feel like you’re staying at your family’s beach house and feel right at home. The back garden with the pool and patio is an absolute dream and we spent a lot of our time out there. Todos Santos had an issue with the power grid while we were there and when I tell you Erik went above and beyond to help and ensure we were comfortable, I mean he went ABOVE and BEYOND. Communication was impeccable and he is also the kindest man. You can walk to the beach, along with some great spots for dinner and drinks. We all agreed that we would go back to this property in a heartbeat.

Best Vacation Home Experience Ever!
Erik and his wife were incredible hosts. Super responsive and accommodating of our family. This was the first time we were travelling internationally with our one year old twins and Eric helped us figure out how to have the baby gear we needed delivered to an area nearby the house that he was then able to pickup for us. Also when the power went out through all of South Baja both he and his wife showed up to help turn the generator on and make sure we were okay, despite that they also have a restaurant in town to run (La Morena, which is fantastic and highly recommended, best live music and mole in town!). It was very easy to communicate with him via Whatsapp throughout our stay as things came up. This house is excellent for a family, with one master upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs plus a den that could be another bedroom and was perfect as a nursery. It's filled with a lot of personal knick-knacks, art, photos, and other things that bring good vibes to the house. Kitchen is stocked and great to cook in. We hope to stay there again someday!
