"We can't describe in words how much we enjoyed being your guest for two nights. It was lovely spending a day on close by lake safari and another day the train ride through the Aravali. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and generosity. The meals were delicious and served with love, we relished them. And the property is clean, cosy and inviting. The staff were courteous, especially the guide Ishwar is so cheerful and energetic, we enjoyed the safari and train ride with him. "This place is really special, and 1 night is definitely not long enough. We arrived late in the afternoon to a warm welcome and a refreshing drink on the deck - the views are breathtaking. The lodges are so pretty, embroidered with the birds found on the reservoir with sequins and a skylight to the stars. Even the bath boasts the same mesmerising views. We went for a walk for sundowners with a guide, learning about the wildlife & conservation, and were rewarded with a stunning sunset. The food at RAAS was the best we had in India, as was the service. Attentive yet laidback, the team are all really kind and add to the ambience. I set my alarm for sunrise and was not disappointed, enjoying a coffee as the sky turned pink. A beautiful oasis after the excitement of the cities.
