"I am giving one star to everything because when we arrived at the gate to the property, I could not even go in. They could not find my booking - done 4 months before. We arrived with our tour guide at the gate, and they said they were fully booked and had no room available. They did not let our vehicle in - we sat at the driveway outside for a while waiting.
