Big, very private country house where everyone can finally get together 🤙🏼

Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. There’s room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars you’ve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If you’ve got a big group, this is your place.

Great stop on the way to camp
This was the perfect location for us to stop on our way to summer camp with our Boy Scout troop. There were plenty of beds, plenty of bedrooms, and all of the other amenities we didn’t have room to pack, because we would be camping all week, and it worked out wonderfully.

Pre-wedding overnight family stay
We needed a home for our extensive family to stay in the night before our daughter’s wedding on the Chatooga River the next morning. This home was perfect! Lots of beds. A comfortable kitchen and 30 minutes from the river. This area is very special to us and the ability to stay in the middle of it really meant a lot to us.

We were pleased with the house and location. It was a perfect place to stay on our white water rafting trip. Excellent communication with the owner. Came back to Toccoa to visit family gravesites, old homes and the city in general. Our family has long roots to prominent members of Toccoa community dating back to the mid 1800's.

Great Family Time
We had an incredible time with family and friends for our sons weekend wedding. The house is so spacious and the pool table was enjoyed. I appreciate the communication of the owner. He was always very prompt in responding to questions.

Mountaintop Rest
Our family had a wonderful stay at this huge house on top of a mountain. The owner is an excellent communicator and will go out of his way to accommodate you. This house can accommodate a crowd. The pool table in the game room was a real hit for our family. The location was amazing. Nothing to hear but nature. This place is even better than advertised.

Short weekend with friends
This was such a fabulous place to reconnect with our friends. Hours were spent out on the large comfortable porches swapping stories. Feeding a crowd was easy with such a large and well supplied kitchen. The kids spread out all over the tables and floors challenging each other to board games, chess, and at the pool table. We had a great time. Thanks!

Great for family gatherings!
In town for a wedding, this large home easily accomodated our group of 10, and our 2 dogs. Set in the woods with a winding gravel driveway, it was very private with beautiful scenery. The kitchen is huge, with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and just about every kitchen appliance you could imagine. The home is not solely used as a rental, so the owners belongings are also present, which was a first for us. There is a pool table, games, and great satellite and cell service. Marc, the owner, is very friendly and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Family Christmas
We needed a place big enough for our family Christmas. This place worked perfectly! Plenty of room for the grown kids as well as the grandkids. The little ones spent hours running around playing hide-n-seek (hiding around corners) and the big ones spent hours playing pool. It was roomy enough to have the kids coloring in the kitchen while we were making dinner/breakfast without them being in the way. It was out in the woods so no worries of the kids being to loud. Excellent communication with the owner!! Would 100% stay here again, and may next Christmas!

Marc is super accessible and professionally acommodating. We went down for a wedding and had 14 people, 8 adults and 6 children. Kitchen is amazing and well stocked for large groups.
