Der Eigentümer wohnt lediglich 5 Minuten entfernt und ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.Er ist immer erreichbar und ist umgehend zur Stelle wenn etwas nicht stimmt. "The property is very well maintained and very nicely finished. The interior is very nicely finished including a full kitchen with dishwasher and two nicely finished complete baths. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio for breakfast. This was our second stay at Podere Monte because we liked it so much the first time. Really enjoyed the Cooking Lesson and would recommend it for a fun and interesting break fro those superb panoramic views of the rolling countryside. We also really enjoyed our visits to the small hilltop villages that are just a short drive away from the property. We will return!"
