Amenity Wristbands:
Each guest will receive a wristband, with a maximum of 12 wristbands provided. Golf and fitness require separate payments.

Fishing:
Glacier Lake remains open in the fall for fishing. Even though Glacier Lake is located within the Pocono Farms, all Pennsylvania fishing and boating regulations apply.

Notes about amenities:
Many of our amenities are open dawn until dusk, but some of our amenities require equipment to use which can be picked up at the Member Services office in between 8:30am- 4:30pm.

Community Rules:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least4 days before check-in. Late registrations are subject to a $75 late fee.

Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

Relax in our four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The blend of rustic and boho decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. After exploring the fall landscape, rejuvenate in our indoor sauna—a perfect way to unwind.

After a day of autumn adventures, unwind in our inviting indoor sauna. The warm, soothing heat will melt away any chill and relax your muscles as you take in the tranquil ambiance. It's the perfect retreat to enjoy a cozy, rejuvenating experience while savoring the fall season.

Entertainment:
The detached game room is ideal for autumn fun, featuring cornhole, air hockey, a Smart TV, lounge chairs, and a bar top, all illuminated by charming string lights. With three 60" Smart TVs throughout the house, there's no shortage of entertainment options.

Parking: There is parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
NOTE: This home has a sloped driveway. If booking during winter months, t's important to have a dependable snow-ready vehicle during your stay. A preferable choice would be a car equipped with both 4-wheel drive and reliable snow tires.

Policies:
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 26 or older; no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old
No Fireworks

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
