Pleasant overall stay
Pros: The house was clean and fully stocked with all things from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Cons: The backyard outdoor area did not have lights for the nighttime festivities. The front of the house was also poorly lit.

Very pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The house was comfortable and easily accommodated four couples. Randall, the owner was quick to respond to our questions.

Wonderful home. It was very clean.
My friends and I loved this home. It was honestly one of the nicest rental homes I’ve ever stayed in. The only thing I would have to complain about is the Hot tub having a horrible smell (so bad that none of us could use it)… other than that, it was beautiful and we will definitely be booking again.

Great place for girls weekend
We stayed for our annual girls weekend trip. The house was pretty and well kept and very clean. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. Easy enter/exit of the property and activities and games provided in the home. We cooked all weekend and kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and cookware. We definitely would come back again.

Amazing property
I loved everything about the property. Everything was nice and clean and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The thing was the hot tub we attempted to open it and it seems like it wasn’t clean smelled like backed up,but it could be bc we went during Christmas! Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Great stay and Randall is so easy to communicate with
The house is so cute! The movie room, hot tub area and game room were an awesome addition! The bedrooms were great for multiple people. The kitchen was huge and open made for great entertaining. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Randall was extremely helpful and quickly responds! I definitely recommend the house!

Family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation. The house was clean when we got there and Randall was easily accessible with any questions we had. Make sure you pay close attention to Randall’s instructions for checking in at the welcome center. Although the line was long, the people working at the welcome center were extremely friendly. Once I got to the counter, check in was smooth. It only took five minutes. Looking forward to future visits.

House was great. The private hot tub area was the highlight. Communication with host A+. Only recommendation, the 2 bedrooms upstairs get VERY hot, small AC units may be a good idea. Otherwise my family and I had a great time. Also, left an item behind and the host mailed it to us. Will definitely rent again.

The owner of this property does not have a legal permit to rent. We were stopped at the front office, and refused entrance. The owner wanted us to lie, and state we were visiting someone in the community to gain entrance. We were told by welcome center, if we stayed in Randall’s home, security would remove us. He ruined our trip, and he is not reliable to rent his home.

nice property and convenient location. owner was very responsive. a suggestion is to have a manual at the property so guests have an idea of how to operate mechanics to home. teflon type pots and pans need to be changed out as they are very old and scratched. good thing we brought our own as we like to cook. there were no top sheets for beds, only fitted. should provide top sheets. the toilet was not secure to the floor but owner had it fixed. overall it was a nice comfortable stay and enjoyed watchin the deer in the back yard. We enjoyed our stay and thank you to the owner.

Our visit to the Pocono
Our family recently stay for the July 4th weekend.. 3 adults, 2 children 8&12 and a small puppy. We arrived after 4pm and went to the Welcome center. The line was extremely long and the office was very busy- this is not a fault of the owner. It was a holiday weekend and they were working very hard to accommodate all of the people. They were very pleasant and helpful. **just a recommended- you may want to include that as part of the rental listing so you can manage the expectations of renters- especially on holidays as it took us over an hour to get our gate permit. The gated community was relatively quiet- at least in the area this property is located. We found the house to very comfortable and cozy with enough space for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary items. I feel like the pictures on the site as well as the description are accurate. We found Randall to be responsive when we reached out regarding the Grill which was very helpful. Over all we enjoyed our time in the Poconos.

Good Place to Stay
Nice place for the family, good house distribution, safe neighborhood and friendly deers, hot tub setup is really nice and provide privacy, we stay for one week and 5 of the day we spend great time at the fire pit, game room was nice just need a few upgrades that we already inform the owner. BTW great host always available for anytjing..
