Wasn’t the best experience
I booked this house for my family. overall, the space itself is great for a large group. we fit comfortably and we had a great time. the owner of the house was communicative up until the check in date. they explained everything well and the issues began when we got to the house. for one, the door code did not work, i had to get in through the side door with the keys in the lockbox. when we got inside the house was not as clean as we expected it to be. the trash in the backyard had not been taken out there were beer boxes and the whole bin was full of garbage. there was no shampoo, no soap, no toilet paper in the bathrooms. the air hockey was broken, there was no tv in the basement as advertised, there was an empty beer bottle left in the bath tub in one of the bedrooms. the owner failed to inform us that our cars needed to be registered at the welcome center 6 mins from the house. the second car had an issue and we needed to wait almost an hour for the owner to call and resolve the issue to let the last 2 cars check in. we had family members waiting at the welcome center for almost an hour because the owner did not have our cars registered? debbie was helpful and willing to resolve our issues. We did not get 6 free passes, we had to pay for everyone’s pool pass. the owner sent the wrong address so we drove to the wrong pools/lakes. Definitely wish the owner was more organized and responsible.
