Centrally located 4 BR Home in the Poconos with a Loft

This cozy 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers an open space layout and plenty of space to enjoy with your family and friends. Enjoy the feeling of being "away from it all" while being close to most popular Pocono attractions. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest bedroom has a queen. Bunk bed in bedroom #3. Spacious bedroom downstairs with an adjacent full bath. HULU Live channels.

Enjoy the entire house with an exception of the garage. The driveway can fit up to 4 cars. From Memorial to Labor Day guests have access to the Community Pool, Lake, Tennis Courts and Beach. The daily amenity pass is $12 per adult , kids under 3 are free. Purchased separately by the pool. Passes are not included in the reservation.

Great Property
Stayed for one night while visiting Kalahari Waterpark nearby. House was fantastic and very inviting! Plenty of room and very cozy. Only suggestion I would have is bring extra blankets, didn't find any extras in the house. Would definitely stay again :)

Landlord attitude problem and house is in bad condition
This was my third visit to this place. Unlike the first time, when I visited this time, I felt that it was not well maintained overall and it didn't seem like anyone had been coming in for a long time. The toilet paper in the bathroom was splattered with sewage and looked like it had been left unattended for a long time, and the bathroom faucet was broken, making it difficult to shower. The contract said there were kitchen utensils and towels, but the pots were not clean enough to be difficult to use, so we had to clean them before using them. The dishes we were going to use had several cracks, and we made a reservation for 10 people, but there were only a few towels in the bathroom below. I regretted not coming. I texted all of this directly to the landlord, and instead of apologizing, I received a text message thanking me for renting it cheaply. It was so meaningless that my friends who went with me told me not to rent from this site again. Before we came, we They always come clean and tidy. It's probably cleaner than before we came. It's okay to give us a bad review without telling us. However, in case people who book next time will be embarrassed, we tell the landlord that these areas need repairs. I did it for you, but the landlord's attitude almost made my trip with my friends a bad memory. I think I should have warned the landlord.

Checkin process was tedious and directions were poor. Had family visit for just a couple hours and had to register their vehicle at welcome center to get let in. Numerous games were missing pieces and kitchen was poorly stocked with regards to silverware, pans, etc. Walls and doors are dirty and run down. Kitchen stools were much too high for the counter and chairs too low for the table. On a positive note, plenty of open space and large with 4 bedrooms. Inexpensive and decent location.

Home for a week
The property was perfect for our needs, especially the large kitchen and seating area. The owner was very responsive for any of our needs. TVs in almost every room was a plus! Suggestions for improvement would definitely be shower liners and deck/patio seating for larger groups since there were only 4 seats.

Nadia was fantastic! She addressed our small issues immediately!!
The beds were extremely comfortable. I had 3 back surgeries, and my bed was the most comfortable that I ever had in a rental. The decor was so tastefully decorated and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Nadia responded to all our questions while at the rental and did so professionally and was NOT annoyed nor put out with our interruptions in her day. The girls upstairs didn’t know how to turn on the hot water and actually felt it was broken. Patty arrived in a mask and showed the girls how to turn on the hot water. She also replaced burned out bulbs and did so graciously. She said if we needed anything else, no matter how small, please let Nadia know and she’d be happy to come again. The kitchen could use some updates but was fully functional. You do have the to remember that renters can be very abusive. We had a great time!

Bachelor party fun
We (being a bachelor party of 6) loved our stay here! To begin, Nadia initiated communication with detailed instructions very far in advance to aid in the check-in process. She remained expedient in responses - even late at night. Once checked in, the house was very well maintained, and the additional toiletries were much appreciated. The toothbrushes and soaps provided a hotel-like feel, while the property as a whole felt home-y. Looking for things to do in the area, Nadia was helpful yet again with timely responses and directions to nearby lakes. At night, the AC unit in each room ensured everyone stayed cool throughout the night. In the morning, checkout was outlined beforehand and simple to follow through with. Overall, excellent experience for the price and location!

Great short stay!
We chose this house because it was an extremely reasonable price and a great location for the two nights we needed to stay to go to kalahari. The reviews were good so we went with it. Upon check in, we followed the owners instructions to the welcome center to be greeted with a less than friendly employee (also make sure you bring a mask as they require for entry, but refuse to provide one). We're told we had to check in at the gate instead, (extremely frustrating, like I said we followed instructions). Go about a mile down the road to the gate, lady is super friendly and tells us the lady at the welcome center always gets a ton of poor comments and that we have to check in at the welcome center (the one we just came from). After a few minutes she finds the registration and writes a pass and kindly sends us on our way to the house. *the owner Nadia was very understanding and assured us she would follow up on the Employee at check in. Many of the houses in the year round are run down and unkempt. So, we weren't sure what to expect pulling up to the house. The house is easy to find and cute from the outside. The owner has provided pretty much anything needed down to a toothbrush and tooth paste. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on, and we travel a lot! Is the house a little outdated? Yes. Was that a huge issue? No, it was clean, and smelled clean upon entry. It actually has 2.5 bathrooms which was a nice surprise to find a half bath attached to the king room. All the rooms have TVs connected to several streaming subscriptions, which was a great bonus. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Nadia was very responsive and wonderful.

We enjoyed staying at this property. We didn’t check in until fairly late in the evening and it can be tricky with the fog trying to locate the J gate from the welcome center but all else was easily found with the descriptions given. Rooms were great for 2 Families and spacious eating areas. We checked out early in am to go to the water park (short drive to Kalahari) so we didn’t get to hang around much but there is a nice deck off of the back of the house that looks inviting.

Excellent house not far from Kalahari
We stayed here for one night as the Kalahari hotel prices for multiple days was outrageous. Great house in a gated community with access to pools and playgrounds. It took a little bit of time to get in but (due to the gated community and getting pass) but once we completed that, it things were easy and peaceful. The kids enjoyed themselves. If you have small kids, make sure they don’t hit themselves on the floor where the fireplace is in living room (it can sting). Everything was excellent. The communication was great, my older daughter even left an AirPod on her bed and it was sent to us within a few days. Great stay!
