Free shuttle bus service available between Toba station and hotel. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Service was awesome as well! Was taking photos at the exterior lobby deck and a friendly staff came running out and offered to take photos for us. Would stay here again if I visit Toba again! "

"This was not a traditional-style onsen and not what I was expecting. (No yukata, no welcome treats.) It has been recently renovated, and the rooms are clean, modern (meaning we had enough outlets for all our electronics), nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Staff spoke English so communication was simple. Lounge had 24-hr water and coffee machine. Didn’t have dinner there, but did have breakfast and it was delicious! Served kaiseki style, attentive and polite wait staff. Thankfully hotel was super responsive and quick communicating thru the Expedia app, which made using the shuttle van very easy. (Would be a challenging walk to/fm train station.) Lovely place and would stay again if we ever return to Toba."
