"Overall, a good one-night stay. The receptionist was very capable and friendly, the room larger than expected and the hotel is an easy, short walk to Tlaxcala's centro. "Overall this is a very beautiful and unique property. There are only 6 rooms so it is very small but the rooms are huge. It is conveniently located right next to the zócalo as well. Their terrace bar is beautiful BUT i waited an hour there for service and no one showed. And i never saw anyone there the entire stay. The staff is very friendly as well. I only have 3 complaints: 1. New appliances but not the best quality, flimsy plastic coffee maker, good microwave.Plumbling fixtures in the sink and bathroom are also new but not installed properly, the are loose. Not the best finishing quality. Overall is a good hotel, modern with colonial details, nice big roof terrace and inner courtyard to relax.
