el hotel es parte de la villa de Santa, lo hace muy conveniente. No me gustó que me hicieron estacionar lejos de recepción siendo que tenían lugar cerca.
Very nice room. After checking in, we requested that bedside lamp be replaced because it does not work and ceiling lights on other side of room do not light bed area for reading or working. Three hours later, lamp still broken.
Never judge a book by it's cover. Nice rooms, very interesting place and a beautiful walking village.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The office was cluttered and messy. They made us park up the hill, even though there was a lot with space next to our room
They would not let us check in T 2:30 even though our room was ready.
The sofa and furniture in lounge was hokey, ugly and uncomfortable.
We were told we would get heater in bedroom, but no.
Came in at 4:30 pm with no one in office/reception area even though they had our key.
Called reception at 7:00pm and no answer.
The room was nice, but cold.
The outdoor was full of a fake alpine village. It was like a movie set with fake facade. It was really tacky. Families filled in to see it all day and night even though their real amenities - lounge, pool, gym and garden were all shut down.
Out room was on the 3rd floor with no hall light half way.
Very strange place.
Internet does not work well.
Expected more for 2200pesos.
At check in they did not take C/Cards had to pay cash. Paid for a certain type of room and was given a room in the Basement. Had to compline to get a proper room. They did provide the right room then.
Beautiful village, so fun for Christmas with all the decorations and ornaments for sale. The hotel was perfectly located in the center of everything but with large, lush green grounds to relax in.
It was ok. Every time we needed something like water to take a shower we had to go 3 floors up because they don’t have phones and when we wanted to go out they got mad because they had to open the back door for us and leave “unattended” another area and to come in made us wait 10 min in the cold with a baby. Zero hotel service experience.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Bathroom was terrible. Toilet didn’t flush and leaked all over the floor although it was not plugged. Only tepid not hit water. Room was very cold and was very musty smelling.
