"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. "This is a beautiful hotel with perfect views and stylish decor. We had a junior suite, which was very spacious. The large bathroom and huge balcony were also really lovely. The lobby staff and bartenders were also excellent. I did have a few suggestions, though. 1. The pillows are horribly uncomfortable. Upgrading them would have made sleeping so much nicer. 2. The massage therapist was on holiday during my stay, which was disappointing. Maybe consider employing two therapists since the hotel...

"The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "
