"Locations was great, room was very clean with working gas fireplace, quiet beautiful neighborhood, parking was free and onsite, lovely home baked continental breakfast and 2 blocks from the beach. "

"Location, location..great spot overlooking the harbor. Host was very accommodating even when dealing with a medical issue!"

"Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host."

"A really nice place to stay, and would definitely stay there again. It’s a convenient location close to downtown shopping and restaurants. There’s a great little hands on aquarium within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful, even when I unnecessarily messaged her, which I feel bad for. The little balcony/deck gave a nice view of the surrounding area. We were there in Jan so not a lot of time spent out there, but in the summer months it would be a really nice place to sit. "

"The apartment was very nicely updated, and clean, and the location is great. Would have given 5 stars but when the neighbors came in and left, it sounded as though they were inside the apartment. Only happened a couple times a day, but it was very loud. Very startling when you're sleeping. I would recommend this property, and would definitely stay again. wasvery early, and on the later side"

"It was very good. The bed in the bedroom on the left is right under the heat vent so it makes it hard to sleep. That’s my only issue.Was a very clean place "

The place itself was very clean and inviting. Beautiful decor and modern upgrades. The bed was very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Honestly one of the best vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in town. "

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
