"The room cleaning service was terrible the front desk staff was helpful but gave the wrong information about parking I ended up have a ticket when asked about the coffee capsules in the room they said we only fill once on your arrival then you are on your own which is really not a 5 star standard it’s over all not a very friendly city "

"Business trip to Debrecen. Hotel is in excellent condition; polite staff, good English Finding entrance to garage is nightmare; like going thru a puzzle. Personnally, from the outside: a big concrete block ( horrible) chucked into a historic city center... bad decision from city leaders"

"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. "Wir waren jetzt das 2. da und es war wieder mega spitze! Beim 1. mal waren wir schon begeistert, aber das 2. mal topt das 1. mal noch! Ich hatte beim 1. Mal kleinere Dinge bemängelt, was meckern auf hohem Niveau war! Trotzdem wurde alles berücksichtigt und verbessert! Ich bin echt begeistert!
