"We absolutely loved Hassan at the front desk, a guy who tries to make everything wonderful. But there were far too many things out of his control and the owner never seemed to be present. The hotel listing indicated that the following would be offered: a separate living room, a microwave, a minibar, an espresso maker and a desk. None of these were in the room. We are not sure who is responsible for these listings but we feel severely misled. We booked on the condition that these things would...

"Eine sehr schöne Umgebung und gutes Essen, das war aber schon Alles. Der Berber der uns empfing war sehr bemüht aber sprach weder Englisch noch Französisch. Das Berberzelt war schmutzig und mit vielen Löchern. Das Mückennetz konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Die sanitären Anlagen waren fast ohne Wasser und schmutzig. Das einzige fließende Wasser war im verstopfen Waschbecken. Die Toilettenspülung hat nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die Nachtbeleuchtung war nicht...
