The best quality/ price ratio I could ever imagine; but no compromise on cleanness and Covid measures. Also a genuine customer oriented attitude by all staff encountered (deserves full 5 stars!). Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. We went back to the front desk to ask for the room we pay for and he showed us the price that was displayed on the wall and that room was a studio which was way more...

"A szoba és a szálloda a képeknek megfelelő. A bejelentkezésnél volt egy kis problémánk a részletekkel, csak 2 főre készítették elő a szobát 4 helyett. A kommunikáció nem mindig ment könnyen, azt éreztem, hogy nincsenek felkészülve a románul nem beszélő turistákra. A reggeli nem rossz, de a érdemes korán menni, a kifogyó tálakat nem mindig töltötték újra. Parkolóhely nincs, de az utcán megoldható. Az elhelyezkedés jó, közel a központ. "
