"Stunning hotel, very comfortable rooms and social area. Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. "Amazing hotel and staff. Easy ski in&out, very convenient on the slopes. Great view from rooms. SPA and especially sessions with Hannah was a real treat. Very good pizza and food. Highly recommend. Only fall back is you need a taxi to come back from apres-ski and if you dine in the town."

"Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. We went to the provider's stables which were 45 minutes away. Then, we find out we were supposed to go to the hotel and the riding will have to go on without us. Then we got a call...

"I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...

"Vi synes virkelig at det er på sin plass og informere skikkelig om at nøkkelkort utleveres på hotellet og ikke på stedet. Det er få parkeringsplasser og vi brukte lang tid på denne prosessen før vi skulle finne rommet og ble møtt med en liten plakat hvor det sto at utlevering skjer på Raddison. Veldig irriterende. "Hadde et greit opphold. Hotellet bærer preg av dårlig vedlikehold og mangler litt på modernisering. Vegger og tak er betongkonstruksjon, men det er likevel lytt inn til naborom og opp til et bråkete aktivitetsrom. Sengene bar også preg av alderen, med knakende tresenger og madrass fra 80-tallet. Rengjøringen var ok, men håndklær ble ikke byttet til dag 2. Valdres Høyfjellshotell ligger i nydelige omgivelser, men veiene inn dit er forferdelige. Vi ble tatt imot av en hyggelig betjening....

"This place is really wonderful. Our stay was filled with relaxation and comfort. The hosts were so lovely and nice, and quite sporty as well. The entire place is bigger than it seemed from the photos, and the location in the mountains is very serene. It's a short drive to Dokka, which we found to be a lovely place as well, with a really nice community feeling. We had an amazing stay, and I highly recommend it. "

"Lovely cute cabin/hut set near Gol. Very warm and welcoming owner. The hut is very clean and tidy but is somewhat small. Anyone tall will have to bend a lot. That said, it was warm inside and cosy and the surrounding area very beautiful."
