initially it took lot of time for us to allot the room... after entering in the room to my surprise the Flush wasn't working the AC wasn't working, we had to follow up for the water, towels and toiletries, extra bed... which in other hotels I have observed everything is kept in advance.... upon complaining for AC and flush, I was shifted to a another room which was below standard, after lot of quarrel with front office who were very very arrogant some how changed the room and allotted us similar standard room which was good ... I fail to understand that inspite of knowing that the earlier room which they allotted me was in bad condition, why they didn't allot me a good room at the first instance?? Next day morning in the restaurant no different scene! the tables were not cleaned, the eatables were not replenished nobody bothered to give any services, upon complaining, they arrogantly shouted back at me that we have to cater 200 people and that s not possible for us?? .Next when I told them to clean the room they assured and on my return again was surprised to see the room was not cleaned etc...again had to follow up for the same. Next day morning same scene again in the restaurant for the breakfast!! In this two days I had the worst of experience when it comes to services...but let me confess the location is good, rooms are no doubt spacious fantastic, were clean, but the services equally were very bad the front office staff and the restaurant staff was very arrogant.
