Our mini fridge didn't work and when we told the employee at the front desk, he actually just shrugged his shoulders and didn't respond. "Convenient location to local shopping, city center, public transport and restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the room clean and sufficient. The only kitchen amenities were a mini fridge, kettle, glasses, a couple spoons and tea/coffee. Was a challenge to prepare own meals. Off road parking was safe & convenient to rooms. I would stay here again."

"The property far exceeded my expectations. Staff were incredible. Rooms were clean and we got fresh towels daily. So many staff on the grounds doing maintenance daily. The pool was so wonderful and kids stayed whole time in there. Walking distance to plaza with supermarkets and food and cafes and restaurants within 2nd walk also. "The resort is in a great location near the water and walkable to a McDonalds. The restaurant is quite pricey. We ordered pizza and ate in the pub area which was empty. Our room was absolutely filthy, with dead bugs on the night stand and smears on the ceilings and walls. The glass shelving hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was dank and smelled of mould.
