Friendly staff , nice room, location is a little bit of ( but we knew that) and the breakfast is not the greatest but it worked for us.

Really nice and comfy hotel with friendly staff!
Really nice and comfy hotel with really friendly and helpful staff! Room was big, fresh and new. Perfect quality-price ratio. Not in the city center but easy to walk there or go by bus (40LEK). There are also good restaurants nearby and really nice park which you can also cross while you walk to the city center. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time while visiting Tirana!

Hotel unico e particolare.
Appena arrivate io e le mie compagne di viaggio ci hanno assegnate le nostre stanze. La nostra meraviglia è stata nel verificare che ogni stanza è diversa dalle altre e tutte molto particolari. La mia era stile foresta. Particolare e unica. Soggiorno comunque piacevole, comodo in stanze oltre che belle anche pulite, dotate di tutti i confort. Il titolare e lo staff tutti molto disponibili e gentili. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

The way the shower is set up, the whole bathroom gets wet. Looks nice and modern though.

The manager is rude.
I checked in with my friend there, because she has forgotten her I.D Spent 2 hours in the room watching T.V They charged her for another person. The manager came downstairs, yelling and she din't even want to listen to what I had to say. She said that she does not care about customers reviews.
