"Its a pretty great budget friendly hostel in Singapore's historic and popular Chinatown. Besides the location, its probably one of the best hostels I've been to. The only thing I will say is while check-in can be done by the machine downstairs, sometimes to get staff help can be a bit difficult - that's why you have to use email or Whatsapp to communicate. Other than that, definitely would recommend others to come and will be back. "

The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have experienced in my travels The mattress was 3-4 inches thick, hard, so worn out that it had a valley right down the middle that was impossible to roll out of. Once you were in "The Valley" you were stuck there. I woke up everyday with extreme back, neck and shoulder pain. Now what did i like? The staff were helpful. The water in the showers was hot. "Fantastic location, the pod was clean and cosy. No staff at the location for check in.. stood around for an hour which was a nuisance as we wanted to get on with the afternoon. The pod itself was clean and perfectly sized for the 2 of us, only minor issue with the mattress which was so thin you could feel the base of the pod. The amenities were clean and functional. You pay for what you get, but this was a good budget option for a few nights in an expensive city."
