"Great location, good parking, great staff"

"Clean & tidy. Staff were courteous and helpful when I rang to request a foldaway bed as an extra for the room. Check in / Check out was fast and easy. Hotel was a good walkable distance to Esplanade Park, supermarket & Plaza mall. No update on webite/booking sites to indicate spa pool not available & swimming pool water was very milky & cloudy. You would not see a child at the bottom of the pool in that water. The water definitely needs attention, and we would have enjoyed swimming in a...

"The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 20-day stay. The owners were very friendly and nice and helped in every way possible. The location couldn’t be better. All you may need to make your stay perfect is nearby or a few steps away: restaurants, supermarket, mall, city center. Will definitely come back! "

"Fabulous staff and the room and bathroom was clean. The property and units are old so chips out of taps, old plumbing, old carpet etc but it is clean. Bed linen was new and very clean and bed comfortable. The grounds are a bit overgrown and rough but it's quiet and the staff are wonderful! Some financial investment to upgrade would be make the property fantastic!"
