Showed up to stay from out of town and property was completely shut down and being renovated. Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. We were coming from out of town and no one let us know it was shut down before driving from New York.

Our stay was phenomenal! Custom art work on the walls, luxury products in the bathroom, unique carpet designs, personal touch to the concierge book, incredible place! We were in the suite and loved the outdoor court yard area under our room :) we can’t wait to be back!

The front desk workers were very nice and professional but until the place gets RE molded (pool, fitness center, breakfast area closed) I probably won’t be staying at this place. The room was fair ( no door knob on bathroom door). The bed was comfortable

Had trouble checking in, once in the room there were only 2 towels, hand towels, and wash clothes for 4 adults. Couldnt get any more linen when asked, no ice buckets, no phone in the room. Trash was not dumped, bed linen was not changed the next day, still no clean towels given for the next day of stay. Worst place i ever experienced EVER!!! WILL BE CONTACTING THE POWERS THAT BE ABOUT THIS AND WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Bed linen was old and dirty. Burn holes in couch. Saw a cockroach crawling around. This place was filthy and disgusting. Front desk apologizes stating “we are doing renovations. Offered breakfast but there was just yogurt and bread.

Very low quality service (including limited house keeping service - if one should be so lucky to receive any at all) for low price in the area. It is kind of like a slum hotel. I do not make a habit of negative reviews, and look for a good deal, but there is not much of a benefit in the bargain. Cleanliness/sanitation may be a problem for this hotel in the future. The slogan should be "Decent. Quality. Poo."

Do not go to this Hotel
Real Bad!! Dirty and old, mold on ceiling, electrical outlets coming out of wall. We booked for Two nights we only stayed one and canceled the second. I should of known when we pulled up most parking lot was dark, many lights were out!

Filthy hotel with terrible smell throughout. Mold in the bathroom. Minimal to no breakfast. It is unbelievable how the owner is getting away with this after charging normal rates and providing such an unhygienic accommodation. Wouldn’t stay there even if they pay me to stay there. State needs to investigate.
