"A seemingly 1970's vintage unit that has had no updates. The kitchen needs to be renovated and the sliding doors a very much in need of maintenance. The flyscreens are breaking down and need replacing. The carpet is in need of at least a professional clean or replacement."

"The position great. The accommodation was disappointing. It really didn’t match the photos. It was generally clean but the bin and recycling was not emptied and the unit smelled terrible. The parking spaces were not clearly labeled. Once we got rid of the rubbish and opened the windows it was ok. Very old but convenient to walk everywhere."

"The apartment is lovely, however, there is no aircon, and no ceiling fan in lounge and kitchen area. A stand up fan is provided for that area, though most of the time we had a nice breeze. The 2 bedrooms both have ceiling fans. It's great having a front and back balcony, with views from both areas. The front ocean view is limited by buildings either side, but is still good. However, the parking spot for this apartment is horrendous - between 2 pylons, at least a 3-5 point turn to get into it,...

"Good position although the 5 steps from garage to foyer where lift was were not mentioned until after we had booked. Bathrooms a little small.Overall an enjoyable stay."
