"This motel, while not the fanciest place in the world was perfect for what I wanted. I was looking for a quiet place to spend a few days away from people but still feel like home. The room was very cozy and almost felt like a well worn cabin. The diner in the parking lot served great food. It was peaceful and relaxing just like I wanted"

"We go to Ruidoso as often as we can. We have stayed at many locations but we all agree that his is the place for us. Spacious and clean home away from the noise. Beautiful fireplace, spacious kitchen and dining area plus a dog run for our pet. The front and backyard decks are spacious and a beautiful front view. We will definitely be staying here again. "We had nice stay. The property is pretty close to the downtown area, but just outside of which was very nice.The owner was very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night last minute. We were very grateful to find a 4 bedroom in the location."

"We really enjoyed our stay, we seen elk, peacock, turkey and other wild life. The property location was great and not a far drive from Ruidoso . Our adult children are ready to come back."

"Home was beautiful. Very spacious. However, when we got there the refrigerator was not working, and never got fixed. The faucet at the small island didn’t work. There are no amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, no hair dryers. Just a very small bar of soap. All in all, we did love staying at the house."
