Villa Vivian is contemporary, bright and airy, with a private swimming pool, a spacious south-facing sun terrace and lawned garden. It's countryside location makes it ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway, although you won't have far to go to reach a choice of great beaches, amenities and attractions. Kringa Village is within a short drive and the more established coastal town of Porec is also accessible by car. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus WiFi are included.

Its countryside setting secures excellent scenic views, yet it's only a short drive into Kringa Village and a little further to the lively town of Porec. Kringa has a small shop for daily essentials, but venture into Porec for a wider selection of shops and restaurants. Heading south along the coast you'll come to neighbouring Rovinj, also well worth visiting. A variety of good beaches, attractions and local towns - including Groznjan, Motovun and Hum - are all within a short drive too.
