The house Nino, furnished with heart and mind, is located on the edge of a small village near the west coast of Istria. The huge, fully fenced garden with pool is lovely and safe for children.

All rooms in the house are on the 1st Floor and the summer terrace is on the ground floor. There are 2 beautiful bedrooms and a large bathroom. The living room sofa can also be used for sleeping (+2). The house is complete with all appliances,

Amenities and cutlery are provided and the interior is air conditioned. For families with children there is a cot and high chair.

Ruhige Lage, alles einfach und reibungslos mit der sympathischen Eigentümer funktioniert sogar gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Wie auch beschrieben kommt man gut ans Meer und auch an Supermärkte. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was sein herzbegehrt.

Family break in Istria
We had a lovely time staying here. The facilities are exactly as described and provide for a wonderful break. The rooms are comfortable and clean with everything you could need while away from home. The outside space is exceptional with a wonderful private pool, table tennis, barbeque and separate garden. Mladen and Adriana were superb hosts. They were always available whenever we needed them but also gave us plenty of privacy and space to enjoy our break. Thank you again fornyour hospitality. We would certainly recommend the property to other families looking for a comfortable base to relax and explore the local area.

Wunderschöne Auszeit in Kroatien
Vielen lieben Dank an Adriana und Mladen. Top gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Pool und riesigem Garten. Es fehlt an nichts! Besser geht nicht! Danke auch für das leckere Gebäck und die Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank. So macht Urlaub Spaß!!!

Einfach perfekt!!!
Vielen Dank an Adriana und Mladen!!! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen sogar mit Leckereien im Kühlschrank. Im Haus war komplett alles vorhanden und super sauber. Am Pool konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen und im großen Garten Federball spielen. Es war rundum perfekt :-) Viele Grüße Jessica

Bei diesem Ferienhaus und seinen Gastgebern kann man nur das Wort "Perfekt" benutzen! Das tolle Haus mit dem großen Pool und dem hübschen Garten ist perfekt gepflegt, absolut sauber und man kann alles in Ruhe genießen und sich wirklich erholen. Das Ferienhaus ist zudem perfekt ausgestattet. An alles wurde gedacht! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Dazu sind die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und herzlich! Vielen lieben Dank! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Erholung pur in wunderschöner Umgebung
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Nino. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der große Garten und der Außenbereich waren sehr gut gepflegt. Absolutes Highlight war der schöne große Pool! Das Haus liegt zentral in Istrien in ruhiger Lage mit netter Nachbarschaft. Die Vermieter waren total herzlich und freundlich, alle Wünsche wurden zuvorkommend erfüllt. Bei Ankunft und Abreise bekamen wir sogar noch Gastgeschenke! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und möchten sehr gern wiederkommen!

Perfekter Urlaub in Istrien
Wir waren zu viert hier (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 14 und 9) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist so schön wie auf den Fotos, in einem kleinen Dörfchen, sehr geräumig und ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein Wunsch geäußert, dass ein Serviertablett gut wäre und schon am nächsten Tag hatten wir unseren Serviertablett und einen Barbecuetisch noch dazu. Zusätzlich haben sie sich noch bedankt, dass wir sie drauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Highlight für uns war der neue, wunderschöne Pool. Liebe Grüße an Adriana und Mladen

Wir haben die 14 Tage in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war ganz toll und sehr zuvorkommend, es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, so daß man von hier in alle Richtungen tolle Ausflüge machen kann. Einkaufen war mit dem Auto ca. 15-20 Min. entfernt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sehr schön angelegt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ein super Aufenthalt! Die Eigentümer haben uns herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr sauber gewesen. Vor allem in Zeiten der Pandemie wurde ersichtlich großer Wert auf Hygiene gelegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand sind 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt Eine Wohlfühloase für jung und alt - immer wieder gerne!

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, sehr sauber & die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Der große Pool gibt noch einen Extrapunkt! Die Vermieter waren für jede Frage immer erreichbar und zur Stelle und stets bemüht - rundum perfekter Service! Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt zum Erkunden von Istrien.. Etwas abseits jedoch trotzdem zentral.. Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und können das Haus mit Ihren Besitzern jedem vom Herzen weiterempfehlen..

Traumurlaub in Istrien
Nach vielen Jahren in Ferienhäusern lässt sich sagen, dass dies ein Juwel ist. Preis-Leistung stimmen absolut, eigentlich ist es noch schöner als in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Gastgeber sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit und auf jede Frage eingegangen, das Haus war perfekt sauber, vieles an Haushaltsgegenständen neuwertig. Sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt gab es Gastgeschenke für die ganze Familie. Der Pool wurde alle drei Tage sauber gemacht, sodass es absolut an nichts gefehlt hat. Traumhafter Urlaub, der leider doch zu Ende ging!!!!!
