The open plan layout takes up most of the ground floor. A large arched passage connects the kitchen and dining room with the living room. Rustic style prevails throughout, expressed in earth tones and wooden details. The living room has a large sofa for 10 people, and a fireplace near the sofa adds to the atmosphere. A wide arch doorway opens out onto the tranquil garden. The kitchen space has direct access to the garden, too. The rustic style kitchen is fully fitted and ready for you to use. A special feature is the tall oven with a vintage look, which you can try out as you prepare your own specialities. There is a large dining table for up to 10 people where you can enjoy your meals with family and friends.
Bedrooms are arranged on the two floors, with 1 on the ground floor and the other 3 on the first floor. The traditional style of decoration will give you a little more of the authentic local atmosphere. All of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom and two of them have access to the terrace. There is a double bed in all the bedrooms except one, which has two single beds. There are desks in two rooms for guests who will be working during their stay. Two bathrooms have showers and two have baths, so you can choose the refreshment that suits you best. Each bathroom also has a bidet and hairdryer.
Walking around the garden, you'll feel as if you're walking in your own private little park. Guests of all ages will love the charming combination of lawns, flowers and trees, as well as the various areas for rest and play. From May to October, you can swim in the 52 m² pool. Towels and an outdoor shower are available. In addition to the deck chairs where you can soak up the Istrian sun, there are several ways to relax in the garden. There is a rocking bench, a hammock in the shade of the canopy, a wooden bench and a covered terrace with a large table. While you rest, those in a playful mood can also have their pick – a table tennis table, a football goal and a playground with slide will delight both young and young-at-heart. Finish off the day with a delicious dinner cooked on the barbecue in the summer kitchen, topped off with excellent local wines.
During your stay in Kringa, feel free to explore the local cultural heritage – the village of Kringa is rich in churches and archaeological sites dating back to the Neolithic period, and the legend of the first European vampire from Kringa is particularly interesting. If you want to visit the Adriatic pearls of Istria, we recommend visiting Poreč and Rovinj, towns that boast a rich cultural and historical heritage. In Poreč, you can delight your little ones with a visit to the Aquacolors water park. If you are in the mood for natural beauty, climb one of the many viewpoints in the area or visit the famous Višnjan Observatory.
