Lovely stay
We stayed at the house for two weeks in July. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean and the pool was perfect. Our three children (3, 6 and 8 years old) had lots of fun in the pool. The property owner is just next door and is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful villa with lovely pool and outdoor area
We loved our stay at Villa Marijana! The villa was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and everything we could possibly need. The outside area and pool were lovely with plenty of sun loungers for our group of 8 and the children loved having a garden area with trampoline in addition to the pool. We spent several evenings in Porec which is really lovely and only about a 10 minute drive away. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, they were so welcoming and living nearby they were always on hand to answer any questions or offer advice on places to visit. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone visiting Istria. We hope to return!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes war perfekt. Alle Fragen wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Am Anreisetag waren wir schon um die Mittagszeit in Porec und konnten dann kurzfristig auch zwei Stunden früher einchecken. Gekühlte Getränke zum Empfang, selbst produzierten Honig und Olivenöl zum Abschied, was will man mehr. 😉 Vielen Dank nochmals. Die Lage und das Haus sind perfekt. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe, war Ende September aber schon etwas erfrischend. Für das Auto ist ein Carport vorhanden, was in den Sommermonaten sicher auch ein Pluspunkt ist. Last but not least, das WLAN arbeitet schnell und zuverlässig. Gerne wieder. Empfehlung: die Pizzeria in Tinjan!

Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Bilder geben die Unterkunft sehr gut wieder. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden um den Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Istrien 2022
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und schön im Landesinneren und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In Tinjan (ca. 4 KM entfernt) findet sich die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein sehr gutes Restaurant.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und herzliche Gastfamilie
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hat uns auch Tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge gegeben. Als die Spülmaschine defekt war hat sie schnell reagiert und den Service bestelkt, was dann auch kurz darauf wieder behoben war. Sehr zu empfehlen😀

Perfect holiday home
Very nice owner who helps you with everything. The house is big, clean and well equiped. Airco up-and downstairs was welcome in this hot summer and I could park my car in the shadow.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Istrien. Das Haus war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war sehr nett. Alles in allem war alles so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum perfekt
Die Buchung war schnell und unproblematisch. Das Ferienhaus war genau so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und erhielten einen Obstkorb und gekühlte Getränke als Geschenk, was nach 14 Stunden im Auto wirklich der perfekte Start war. Der Pool hatte eine super Größe und war sehr sauber. Im Ferienhaus gibt es eine Klimaanlage für das Wohnzimmer, sowie 2 Schlafzimmer. Am TV wären sogar deutsche Sender verfügbar gewesen, was wir allerdings nie genutzt haben , da der tolle Außenbereich einfach zu verlockend war zum Zusammensitzen, auch eine Grillstelle war verfügbar und haben wir genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und an Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Mit dem Auto kommt man in ca. 20 Minuten ans Meer oder zu Ausflügen in die nähere Umgebung, was wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Insgesamt war es ein sehr toller Urlaub in einem super schönen Ferienhaus und sehr guter Lage. Schade, dass er schon wieder vorbei ist.

Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin mit Obst und Getränken begrüßt. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, sehr modern und alles ist perfekt sauber gehalten. Bei Fragen stand uns die Vermieterin immer gerne zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und sehr zu empfehlen! Immer wieder gerne!

Es war wunderschön, das Haus war ideal und groß genug, Großeltern, Eltern, Geschwister und Kid. Pool mit Terrasse und kleiner Spielplatz super. Vermieter sehr nett, bei Ankunft Obst und Getränke schon bereitgestellt, sonntags kam selbstgebackenem Kuchen, Abschiedsgeschenke gab es auch noch. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, danke Familie Jakus

Wundervoller Rückzugsort
Das Haus ist eine großartige Ausgangsbasis für viele Ausflüge - ob in die umliegenden Städte oder an den Strand - und gleichzeitig ein wundervoller Rückzugsort, wenn einem der Trubel zu viel wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt, wozu Marijana und ihre Familie mit ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit einen großen Beitrag geleistet haben. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
