TheGrand and police can do nothing about the groups that hang out about 50m from the property but can sort the parties overttaking the 7th fl smoking area. Put up CCTV with signs. Everytime we go for an event the 7th fl is taken over with drinking, taking all the furniture and blasting music. We cant be the only ones to experience this. Everyone is there for the experience but when any group takes over an entire section, its below TheGrand experience.

Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at.
Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

This property was located right on the harbor and was convenient to many restaurants. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We made use of the hot tub-felt wonderful after a day of exploring the city. We especially liked the Captain’s Bar and trying a variety of rum and mixers.
