"Great place to stay to enjoy Shenandoah National Park. The free rec passes were a nice plus providing access to an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout room. The A frame was just the right size and provided everything we needed. If we find ourselves visiting the area again, then we would book this property again. Thank you!"

"This is a townhouse located in Massanutten VA, it has two spacious bedroom, with everything essential included for a comfortable stay, the biggest bathroom with sauna is on the main level. There is a spacious kitchen with washer and dryer. Lots of deers around :) The linens, mattresses, and some furniture could use an upgrade, but it is ok for the price we paid. Overall, we had a great time there and would recommend it to others"

"My family of 22 (5 children, 5 spouses, 10 grandchildren, and 2 grandparents) stayed here to celebrate Thanksgiving and Pops' 75th birthday. The house was big enough that we all felt comfortable and not squeezed in. We had a fantastic time and will plan another get-together next year in possible at this place. The only complaint was that the communication between myself and the owners was not timely or non existent. I sent several message with questions that were not answered for several...

"We had a great stay here as we passed through Harrisonburg on our drive from Nashville to PA. Kitchen amenities and snacks were awesome. Dogs were super friendly and we appreciated the advanced notice asking if it was OK for them to greet us. It would have been nice to have WiFi access and/or a TV, but we played games instead. "

"We had an amazing time at Babbling Brook! The home is super cozy, well decorated and Lauren and Allan have really put a lot of thought into the small details. Our kids were with us and loved the home as well as the location. It was nice that we were so close to the slopes, ice skating and water park. The resort also has many playgrounds, hiking trails, and tennis/pickleball courts. We were also close to grocery stores and so many restaurants. Loved our stay here and will definitely come...

"We had a fantastic time, our best anniversary weekend trip to date! As we were leaving for our trip, my fiance sprained her ankle, but opted to try and make it through...we ended up having a phenomenal trip with only minimal changes to our activities!There are lots of great activities for all ages very close by (we had to bail on tubung but stull had a blast at the escape room!)
