"The property was exactly as described and pictured. Super clean, very comfortable beds with very nice bedding, modern look and feel inside. Kitchen is huge and fabulous. Giant smart TVs in several rooms including outside by the pool. The outdoor space was perfect for our group and we were in the pool every day. Pool was spotlessly clean. I would definitely rent this house again! "

The location on the river was the best part.. but the cleanliness of the cabin, the rustic feel while being updated and having amazing appliances with a fully stocked kitchen, great bathrooms and showers, and comfortable beds. There were great TVs for watching movies after a long day. The kayaks and paddles were great too. I am an avid kayaker and loved their pelican kayaks. "We had 5 adults and 4 children plenty of room for everyone. The ocean was right out the back door but smaller kids rather the pool over the ocean. Restaurants close by and shopping. Property manager was excellent couple small issues but they took care of them timely."

"The home was mostly clean, but had issues with baby roaches. Didn't get to use the pool. I have a special needs child and the pool had a slimy feel, the upper edge of the liner was dirty. The bathrooms, though well stocked, were a little misleading. The 2nd bathroom was actually in the garage. The lawn was not cut upon arrival, instead the Guy came while we were there!
