"I’m a super host with the competition so I my expectations are same as I provide. First, the neighborhood is run down. There was a busted flowerbed in the back yard with a board laying with NAILS FACING UPWARDS. there is no switch for the garbage disposal so we had to use the plunger to clear the sink! Not even creamer or sugar for coffee. Towels were cheap and scratchy. No laundry detergent and someone was living in the garage then tried to scam me for a microwave 5 days later that wasn’t used....

"My grandson wanted to move in the house is so beautiful and well decorated. Being on the river was very relaxing and convenient. We took the kayaks out every day and enjoyed paddling on the river and looking for manatees. My grandson even saw some otters. The house is near the kayak rental so I enjoyed people watching; noise was not an issue for us and I liked the activity, which is limited to about 9 am to about 6 pm and after that it is complete silence. "This place is a prime spot for swimming and kayaking. Plenty of space in this home for up to 8-10 people. I loved the area. Quiet and nature in abundance.
