We and 2 other couples arrived by ferry. walked to the property, and then waited about 40 mins to check in and weren't offered air conditioned room or a cold drink while we waited. the owner had something else (private) he needed to do, and it didn't occur to him to leave keys or instructions for us. "Fantastische Lage mit großer möblierter Terrasse direkt an der Strandpromenade. Nebenan liegt eine nette Taverne, die auf die Terrasse liefert. Liegestühle mit gemütlichen Polster und Sonnenschirme am Strand sind inklusive und werden nur mit App. im ersten Stock geteilt. Also alles da für einen entspannten Urlaub auf einer tollen Insel. Host Pantelis ist sehr nett und wartete am Haus auf uns; die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hatte aber nicht funktioniert. Im Ergebnis aber kein Problem. "

"It would be hard to find a similar property that offers space and solitude on Tilos. There is so much to love about Tilos and Stefanakis villas makes a great base to enjoy the Island. Be aware there is a very steep hill leading to the apartments but as a car is provided this does not need to be a problem if mobility is an issue. Communication with Stefanakis was dreadful. "The house is beautiful, very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Megalo Chorio is a beautiful, traditional Greek village and a really friendly place to stay.
