"We had a great week with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the upstairs/downstairs separation made it easy for the adults to socialize after the kids were asleep. There's a big yard to play in, plenty of parking, fishing from the dock, canoes and kayaks, reading on the deck overlooking the river, and lots of games. The grandkids loved the pool. It's a short drive to Shawano for stores, restaurants, parks, and the lake. Definitely recommended."

"Very cute and clean property! Love all the updates. We weren’t on the property much because we were there for family reunion but it met our needs. Our six foot one son slept on the twin bed and fit with no problem and said it was comfortable."

"Nice location near lake, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms. 😑 bedroom and bathroom doors didn't close tightly and a few dirty pieces of silverware were the only complaints"

"We had a nice stay. Alex is very nice and quickly responds when contacted. The only thing we disliked was one of the piers was used for people to dock their boats so they could go to the pub across street. If you want privacy just keep this in mind. Also, with the boat launch right next door some blinds would have been nice on the windows in living room/kitchen. We didn’t use the upstairs. There is no wood for fire pit but across street you can purchase some at the market. We enjoyed fishing...

"Delightful place to stay! The house is completely updated and very comfortable. Love the kitchen. Lots of counterspace and well-equipped. We stayed during a blizzard and the host had the driveway cleared for us, and the place was warm and cozy. We will definitely be booking again. The purpose of our trip was to visit family nearby, and this provided a nice place for us to retreat to in the evenings. Looking forward to when the weather is nice and we can sit on the front porch."

"This cottage is is super comfortable/clean, in a great location, with nice amenities to boot. I hosted a bachelor party for my best friend, and everyone kept saying how great the place was. You walk in, and it's exactly what you expect all the best parts of lake cabin should be. We spent a ton of time hanging out around the fire pit. It's also a 2 - 12 minute drive from anything you'd want to do in Shawano. There's a supper club across the street that has live music on Saturday nights, as well...
