"We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, cozy, well stocked kitchen for cooking and eating in. The bed downstairs was broken, so we couldn’t sleep down there as we would have preferred, but we notified the managers and they were very responsive. They allowed us to check out late for free for the trouble. We also realized this morning ad we were packing our cooler that the freezer hasn’t been working—our freezer he packs were liquid and it’s just room temp down there. Fridge seems fine. Thankfully...

"Our stay at Rockaway Beach was even better than we expected it could be. The home offered breathtaking views of the ocean and Twin Rocks. We were lucky to spot a spouting whale from our vantage point on the hill. The house was well laid out with the master bedroom and en-suite with jetted tub on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and full bath on the lower level along with an additional family room and bar. The house was clean and well stocked including numerous activities for rainy Spring days....

"The house is as close to the beach as you can get with great views and immediate beach access down a few stairs. It's a split level home. You enter on the 2nd level where the king bedroom and bunk bed room are located. The ocean view bedroom with queen bed is up a few stairs, and that view is amazing. The kitchen and open living area are down a few stairs on the first level. It was clean and comfortable with all the dishes we needed. We would love to return! "

"The home was perfect for the 4 of us. The outdoor area was great and just a small walk to the beach from the back yard. Quiet and cozy. The hot tub was very nice at the end of a long cold day. Would recommend booking. "

"As soon as i walked in, there was a very strong yuk smell. Old gross carpet is what i found. The water pressure was not good. Sometimes i could take a long hot shower, other times, i ran out of hot water quickly. There is a carpet upstairs that i tripped and fell over because the edge won't stay down. Three hour tub gave me chemical burns because the chemicals were too high. The next day it was cloudy.The tools for the fire place were weak and broken. Other than that, the stay was nice. ...
