With stunning ocean and beach views, you can walk down a set of stairs and find yourself trekking through the sandy shores to the frothy white waves hitting the beach. From the expansive shared deck, you can even see the famous Three Arches Rocks. Hike or jog down the miles of beach, or lounge your days away soaking up some rare sunshine.

With an upscale contemporary vibe, this condo brings the ocean hues to you with its grey walls and blue and beige accents. WiFi is included, and a shared laundry facility is available for your convenience. The parking lot has three charging spots to accommodate electric vehicles.

Inside this cozy retreat, settle in on the lovely grey sectional for a quiet night in front of the flatscreen TV. A DVD player and cable are included, giving you plenty of options for a movie night after a day well spent on the beach.

Bring your favorite family board games and a couple of decks of cards for an endless game night around the wood dining room table. There's room for everyone with the two high-backed leather seats and the bench seat.

Kitchen and Dining:
Full meals can be made in a snap in the well-stocked kitchen. With stainless steel major appliances and beautiful wood cabinets, any chef would love to whip up creations. A microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher are also provided.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Soak in the tub or take a hot shower to rinse off the saltwater in the stand-alone shower. The bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds. With the addition of the sofabed in the living room, you'll have room for all six guests to enjoy a comfortable night's sleep.

Pet-Friendly:
With a two-dog maximum, bring your furry family members along. Just be aware there is an associated pet fee. The floors throughout the unit have radiant heat, so your feet will never be chilly!

What's Nearby:
The quaint coastal town of Netarts is just two miles south, while the world-famous Tillamook is nine miles east. Take a day trip and tour the renowned cheese factory (yes, they have free samples)! If you’re more the outdoorsy type, Cape Meares is just a short drive north, where you can hike through the state park and check out the old lighthouse viewpoint.

Activities and Nearby Attractions:
During low tide, hike down the beach and through Oceanside's Tunnel Cave. Netarts is two miles south, and Tillamook is nine miles east. Take a tour and sample delicious cheese at the Tillamook Cheese Factory before ending the visit with their one-of-a-kind ice cream. If you don't want to do the whole loop, make sure you drive three miles north to Cape Meares to visit the state park and see the lighthouse.

Important Notes:
Cell phone reception can be spotty in Oceanside, though this property has a Verizon signal booster and service tends to be better two miles south in Netarts. For your convenience, there is an outside phone available under the carport with free long distance if needed.
Two dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
There is free parking available for one vehicle.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Booking Requirements:
You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
