Make sure to print and sign the mandatory 5 page document prior to arrival. Please request if be emailed or sent to you via text in a PDF file. Each guest must have all 5 pages printed to be allowed entrance to the resort.
Master bedroom with California king size bed and en suite bathroom second master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom and the living room has a pull out sofa bed with a queen mattress all oceanfront huge balcony with built-in barbecue couches and outside dining table the interior has a sectional sofa with two swivel seats in the main living room. There is a sit down bar and a dining room table that seats eight along with the kitchen peninsula bar that seats 4 fully equipped with all your high end appliances dishes and everything you need to make a gourmet meal. All high-end furnishes throughout quality linens.
Guest pool and spa, there is a separate pool for owners only or long term renters. Second pool and spa is for guests short term. There is a club house with pool tables and bbq area at guest pool area.

Our condo is in the newest tower #701 las perla designated parking spot is located on lever P2 closest to Elevator bank. We have a lock box located inside our lobby utility closet please ask for the lock box it is shown to you only after you reserve it. Upon arrival you will need to give me a list of all the names of the people in your party. This will be emailed to the office prior to your arrival and you can show it at the guard gate when you enter the resort.
