Tihany is a very pretty resort city. The city has nice shops and walking area. There are several restaurants and we liked the food. We definitely would come back but in a different hotel.

Tired hotel, not what it appears.
"After a 150km bike ride in 35 degree heat we arrived at 6pm. The ladies at the spa pool were super rude, no towels, offered us sheets. Our second bed in the apartment wasn't made up and we had to asl for sheets and do it ourselves."

"This accomadation was truly unique in that it gave direct easy access to the Balaton lake and also the main road with easy parking. It felt like home away from home with wonderful kitchen, incredible shower (often rare in Europe) and cozy amenities such as a swedish dry sauna and large screen TVs. ..."

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung
"Diese Feriensiedlung und auch dieses kleine Ferienhaus kann ich empfehlen. Es ist günstig, völlig ausreichend und sehr gut gelegen. Es war für uns ideal. Wir konnten von hier aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten am Balaton gut erreichen."
