Ski trip with friends
We had a lovely stay at this apartment, it was extremely well located, really clean and cozy, ideal for a ski trip. The owners were really fast to answer and really helpful. We would have loved to stay for longer!

Great location with everything you need
This apartment is a rare find. Great value, great location, awesome views from the apartment and it is very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here with our kids. Lisa and David were very nice and responsive and also very clear on the instructions for the apartment and how we should leave it. It’s close to everything but in a quieter area of the town. We would love to stay here again in a future visit.

Great appartment
The appartment suited us really well and good location (short walk to lift/shops/restaurants). Communication from host was excellent and we had a great week. Parking very close by (Golf). Everything as we expected. Tignes is one of my favourite ski resorts in the French alps.

The apartment was great, check-in etc. went very smoothly, due to the proprietor's upfront efforts. Location is very good. All round great experience. I would recommend to others and friends and when back in Tignes this apartment would be our first choice. We were two adults and two children and stayed for two weeks. Thank you, Helen

Great appartment with poor second bedroom
Overall appartment is great in all dimensions, with one exception: The second bedroom comes with poor slatted frames which makes it rather unconfortable.

Très bonnes vacances avec mes enfants. Appartement proche du bus , restaurants .... Appartement calme, ambiance douce reposante. J'ai laissé une luge dans l'appartement cela pourra servir pour les futurs vacanciers

Grand appartement bien équipé situé idéalement à Val Claret
Apparemment qui rend mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Il est relativement spacieux et la cuisine est très agréable. N’hésitez pas à y aller.

une bonne aventure
Comme c'était bien situé, on n'a pas eu trop de difficulté à le trouver. La vue depuis l'appartement était magnifique et sans vis-à-vis. Le vent, le soleil et de l'air pure rendent le séjour agréable. Néanmoins, on n'a pas eu le code d'entrée de l'extérieur ni le bon code pour la boîte à clés sur la porte de l'appartement. Heureusement qu'on a pu trouver la gardienne qui était très sympathique pour résoudre les problèmes. D'ailleurs c'est la présence d'une gardienne qui était décisive dans notre choix vu que le propriétaire n'est pas sur place. Celui-ci toutefois a été très réactif à nos messages. C'était poussireux à l'arrivée et les équipements sont fonctionnels mais parfois vétustes. On n'a pas osé utiliser le sèche-cheveux ni la bouilloire. Sinon, sur l'ensemble ça reste une bonne expérience.

Séjour en été à Tignes Val Claret
L'appartement était, comme annoncé sur l'annonce. Points positifs : L'emplacement, la taille pour 5 personnes, les draps et serviettes + un lit parapluie fournis (pour les bébés ça évite d'en ramener un), l'attention et la disponibilité des propriétaires et de Mara sur place. Points à améliorer : la lumière ne marchait pas dans l'entrée, il manque des porte-serviette dans la salle de bain et une petite poubelle. Il n'y a pas de poignée sur les portes coulissantes à l'intérieur des pièces (chambres + toilette/salle de bain). Il manque un économe pour la cuisine et il n'y a que 2 verres à pied (dont un cassé). Ce ne sont que des petits détails. Notre séjour n'en fût pas moins très agréable, la vue sur le lac depuis la chambre avec la mezzanine apporte un cachet supplémentaire.

Une semaine agréable au pieds des pistes
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 3 adultes. A savoir que les lits simples sont un poil petits pour un adulte. La localisation est vraiment top. 5 minutes à pieds max de la première descente/remontée. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. David est très attentif au bon déroulé du séjour de ses locataires.

Nada más entrar en el apartamento encontramos éste muy sucio: • Tanto los edredones con manchas de sangre y orina, los colchones con marcas de orines; la mampara del baño, los sanitarios y los suelos, completamente sucios, los sofás descuidados, viejos y sucios, cristales sucios. • El polvo y la grasa cubrían toda la cocina, la encimera, la cocina, la lámpara etc. Y además de sucio, viejo: el radiador del salón sujeto con libros, ventanas y puertas, que además de estar sucias, no cierran correctamente. En definitiva, según nuestro criterio no cumple las condiciones higiénico sanitarias necesarias para alquilarlo.

Très bel appart avec tout le confort. Bien placé avec parking couvert du golf non inclus mais très très proche. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, très arrangeant pour que le séjour se passe bien. Je recommande!

Un logement au cœur de Tignes
Un logement agréable bien situé dans un immeuble au 6e étage avec ascenseur. Pour 4 personnes un séjour assez grand par contre les lits des enfants et celui sur la mezzanine se révèlent assez peu confortable pour une famille sensible du dos. Les systèmes de portes à galandage permettent de gagner de la place mais n'assurent pas une intimité exceptionnelle des WC ou de la chambre...

L’état général laisse à désirer.Matelas souillés et sommiers défoncés.Odeur de tabac persistante
L’espace de l’appartement est agréable. Nous regrettons grandement l’état de la literie sommier et matelas compris. Durant le séjour nous avons de manière très régulière senti des odeurs de tabac en provenance nous le supposions des grilles de ventilation de la salle de bain.Nous avons connu des problèmes de draps à l’arrivée mais nous avons apprécié la réactivité de la personne de contact qui était sur place. Idem pour les problèmes de mitigeur. Nous avons constaté un manque de propreté générale de l’appartement.

The apartment was exactly as described. Great lay out, everything we needed was there, in a great location. Check in and out was easy. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when returning to Tignes!

Lovely apartment with beautiful views
We (me and my 2 adult sons) had a great week here in Tignes. The apartment is more spacious than most with a very well epuipped kitchen and nice light lounge with beautiful views of the lake and ski slopes from the windows. The owners are very responsive with information, the apartment was clean and even bed linen was provided which is rare for accommodation in Tignes. It is close to everything but quiet at night. We will be back. Loved it!
